Why do you need a stopwatch in training?
Most people are distracted not only in daily life but also in training. In the gym, I often see a lot of people in groups, watching mobile phones, email, facebook chat. Or is to chat with the people around, the north and south in that nonsense. Are you sure this won't affect your training? Unfortunately, the 60-second break plan you developed before training may turn into a 6-minute break.
Simply increase the number of moves, you can bring considerable benefits. But it doesn't mean that to do this, you can mill in the gym all day, and only do more work at the same time can you get twice the result with half the effort.
Prepare a stopwatch and you won't fool yourself. It's like a training partner who always reminds you not to dawdle. Use it to set your rest time between groups and the duration of your entire training schedule. If your training program is 60 minutes, see if you can finish it in 55 minutes next time.
Every time, when I rest between groups doing other chores, I can not concentrate on the next group of training. A stopwatch will solve this problem and allow me to concentrate and focus on each group of exercises. Try it. A small stopwatch might bring you a huge breakthrough.
